Festival of Trees Fundraiser December 6th 2019

The countdown has begun in earnest with only 21 days until for our Festival of Trees Mini tree Raffle/Auction Fundraiser. We’ll need “all hands on deck” to work together to make this event a smashing success. Moose 318 is a relatively small community, with lots of friends,  so we have to work extra hard to magnify our voice as loudly as possible.  One way is to ask other people we know to help extend our reach through their friends, family and network as well.  Here are five easy ways in five minutes, you and your contacts can help us to make this important FUNdraising event awesome!

Come One Come All! to a Mini Tree decorating party! We supply the tree, you bring the decorations! Wednesday Evening 11/27.

We’ve updated the Festival of Trees flyer to include the day of week (Friday) for our fundraising event, and the “Tree Decorating Party” scheduled for 11/27 starting at 7:30 pm. We also substituted the word “beverage” for “drink” and “cocktail” to accommodate non Moose membership attendees.

This important fundraiser for the Huntington Moose Lodge #318 is made possible by the generous folks who picked up received a free tree from the lodge, decorated it themselves then returned it to the lodge for this wonderful raffle/auction event.
